Around here, we don’t just work collaboratively. We celebrate birthdays, give regular #high-5s, and show off photos of our babies and pets. We travel abroad together (when it’s safe) and have virtual coffee in the meantime. We gather for All Staff Meetings and Friendsgivings, share hobbies, make valentines, and roast one another. Turns out, when you work for a cause you care about, it doesn’t take long to make friends out of your coworkers.
